Got my order wrong I repeated it twice. Double qp blt, they can't understand English.

Great Food and Convenient Location

I went there at 10 pm at night. I am not too sure if the restaurant was under staffed that day or whatb... but they were working extremely slow. I ordered nuggets and a burger and it took over 20 mins for food to be ready. There was other patrons waiting as well and the wait for a "fast food" restaurant for outrageous

Small and has no play area but service is good

Are family frequents this location and they almost always screw up our orders it's super frustrating that convenience restaurant cant get it right and they dont even offer compensation ??? Time for a change

Very busy - staff doing their best - tables and floors a mess!

I was there today with my daughter. When i took her to the bathroom, someone was coming out of the stall with a syringe in her hand, and not one diabetics use either. Absolutely disgusting. The restaurant is small so you can see every part of it from any angle and she was NOT there as a guest. Never visiting this location ever again! I feelmsick to my stomach just thinking about it Try putting locks om the door or figure something else out!

Loved the new mctaster sandwich. I also love their junior chicken and mcdouble. My order comes out just right every time.

Built to serve drive through first...seldom see a person available at cashier counter, table and washroom maintenance very low at most times.

I simply loved their dishes. I always get awesome customer service there. The place is well kept and the staff members are always nice. Would recommend to others.

Cheap and addictive foods, this McD's seems to constantly produce good sandwiches, but don't they all? Great for a fast snack.

Usually good food and service but I asked for 2 sugars in my tea this morning and they put in 2 creams instead... My receipt even says sugar. Not the first time this has happened so I'm frustrated enough to leave a review. Do I have to lift the lid every time I go now just to make sure?

went here for a medium coffee black and the lady that was at the cashier also got the coffee. it was not even busy (1 guy before me) but took over 6 minutes to get my coffee as she muddled around

One employee continued to cough while filling my order. Last straw was when she serving the soft ice-cream I had ordered.

The food was the best you could get from McDonald's. The restaurant has a nice modern feel. The workers were very friendly and I didn't see any flies in the display case which is something I see at a majority of McDonald's in the Vancouver area. I once got to witness all the employees celebrating someone's birthday in the back which really gives you the feeling that the workers are like family and friends. It was great.

This was a work lunch that I needed to get fed and run. It's located in a rather high vehicle​ traffics location. Even though it has a large parking lot it's a busy parking lot. This McDonald's has been renovated and is rather nice. Service was prompt and order was correct. Tried the special burger of the month and got the special waffle fries too. Too bad the waffle fries were kind cold. The booth I was sitting in was kinda off too. I think the table was slightly high due to the quartz counter top.

The service at the desk was very freindly and patient..as I had 4 young girls with me that kept changing thier breakfast orders. However the area where you pick up your ketchup had a swarm of fruit flies around it...super thick..it was quite alarming to see inside of a busy establishment. Not sure how clean the whole place is.

Clean, fast service, usually produce the exact order. Friendly staff. Not to mention the convenient location.

Food came a bit slow, but it's the closest McDonald's from Deep Cove. Love the new Thai sweet chili chicken burger, refreshing and delicious!

Long wait for a salad, over 10 minutes. They need to tell you it takes time to cook the chicken when you order it. But the salad was good.

Man this place has really stepped up its game, it's a lot different from any other McDonald's I've been to. You can create your own burger, I made a burger with big Mac and Sriracha sauce, then they'll actually bring the food to your table with a very nice presentation. Still the same greasy ingredients, but a welcome improvement.

This location's customer service is good, never a problem. Yet, I had heard so much about their new menu item, fish and chips and was anxiously excited to give it a try myself. Upon receiving said fish and chips, it was served hot and boxed well. However, upon eating their fish I was quite surprised considering how it was advertised. Consuming the fish was disappointing as it was pretty thin and hard crusted as if it was deep fried too long. Sad in comparison to others who offer fish and chips. The fish was also breaded not battered. The fries were the usual McD's standard so nothing new there, good fries as usual but nothing "new". It was great to see my lunch mates happy since they stuck with their usual Big Mac meal, perhaps I should've done the same since I regrettably walked away in dismay. Stay clear of this menu item - beware!

Only stopped there to use the washroom .so, it was nicer going in to that place than peeing my pants on the way home😎

Upgraded interior, bright, and very clean. Friendly staff and good drive-thru service. Overall a much better than average McDonald's experience.

Horrible had to pack my own take out from a tray, she basically threw the bag at me, my mcchicken was missin the patty, sad

The cookies were terrible and the peppermint hot chocolate was lukewarm and tasted like plastic. Sigh....we tried.

I constantly come by grabbing some food in here. I enjoy the speedy service and well prepared dishes. 5 stars from me.

Typically this McDonald's in particular has very fast service and fresh food which is why we prefer it.

Long line ups cold food, no remorse from workers. Never coming again.

If you want your order packed wrong this best location to go to. They get my order wrong over 50% of the time.

Was surprisingly busy for a weekend midday, and could have been a bit cleaner, but staff were friendly, courteous and accommodating.

This location has generally friendly and helpful staff. As with a lot of locations if you order anything icecream based there's a 50% chance the machine is out of service for cleaning. But on the whole they get the orders right 95% and with minimal delay

Poor customer service...had to wait an additional 5 minutes for our meal ordered at the drive thru. We eventually had to go inside and get it ourselves. Staff is not friendly

The sausage egg mcmuffin and hashbrown was cold. Late tasted was terrible.

Pretty much what you would expect from a McDonald's. Clean restrooms.

The staff at this restaurant are absolutely ridiculous. Literally none of them speak English in the front of the restaurant. Cannot get an order right and don’t clean the tables after. Very disappointed in this location.

A great gateway location before hitting the highway!

Wednesday August 28th at around 2 am I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and a large coke. Everything was fine until about 4 hours after eating. I started to get violent stomach cramps which got worse and worse. I was unable to fall asleep for a long time. I finally fell asleep but was woken up as I had to puke. It has now been a day and I feel nauseous, still feel like puking, and have a fever as well. Very disappointed with this location
